The "Gospel Chicken House Rooster" and his Travels ...
The famous Gospel Chicken House Rooster had another opportunity on Friday, January 20th, to proudly serve our community at the South Anna Elementary School by supporting their kickoff of its “One School, One Book” event with the first reading of “The Enormous Egg”. What an inspiration and encouragement to the kids from such a famous celebrity to increase their reading skills. The attention the Rooster received as the kids arrived at school Friday morning was only surpassed by the affection given him by South Anna’s staff and teachers. He was as proud as a peacock. . . . . or should we say. . . The Gospel Chicken House Rooster. Ray and Mary would have been proud of him.
